Our agency opened in February 2025 and is focused on building a strong, growth-oriented team from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Aspirant and previously as a Probation and Parole Officer, bringing a disciplined, people-focused approach to leadership.
I’m a graduate of Louisiana State University at Alexandria with a degree in Criminal Justice. I’ve been married since 2022 and enjoy spending time golfing, cooking, and watching sports. We stay involved in the community and are committed to building strong local relationships as we continue to grow.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Preston Nunnally - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
