As a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our agency, assisting English- and Spanish-speaking clients with their insurance needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, and in person, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
- Daily Service Requests: Handle common customer service tasks, such as:
- Processing payments.
- Assisting with policy questions or making basic changes (e.g., address updates, email changes).
- Providing requested documentation (e.g., proof of insurance).
- Answering questions about the status of claims.
- Coordinating with back-office operations to resolve issues.
- Maintaining policies to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day service.
- Bilingual Communication: Use your Spanish and English fluency to assist clients effectively and accurately.
- Opportunity Identification: Recognize client needs and partner with the sales team to offer tailored solutions.
- Technology Proficiency: Confidently use office software, customer management systems, and other technologies to complete tasks efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Licensing Requirement: Obtain a Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance license within 30 days of your start date. We’ll provide the resources and guidance to ensure your success.

- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in customer service is required. Experience in an office setting is strongly preferred.
