About the Role
As a State Farm Team Member in a Service role, you’ll help clients feel supported and informed—providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and assisting with policy and account needs. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth, professional member experience every day.


What You’ll Do


  • Greet clients and provide friendly, helpful service in person, over the phone, and/or digitally
  • Assist with policy and billing questions, account updates, and general service requests
  • Support clients with changes to coverage, document requests, and routine account maintenance
  • Process service transactions accurately and efficiently while following State Farm procedures
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on member needs
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure excellent service standards and a positive office environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance member satisfaction
  • Identify sales opportunities and pivot on service conversations to create sales opportunities

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, empathetic communication style
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when handling information and documentation
  • Comfortable learning insurance-related products, systems, and processes
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Prior customer service and/or office support experience is a plus (insurance experience is beneficial but not required)
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)


  • Experience in a customer-facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, admin support, etc.)
  • Familiarity with insurance concepts or willingness to learn quickly
