I’ve been a State Farm Agent since April 1, 2001, after starting my career as a financial analyst with an insurance company. My background in finance helped shape my approach to helping people understand their options and make informed decisions about protecting what matters most. I attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and today, my agency is built around educating customers, protecting their assets, and identifying gaps so they can feel confident about their financial future.
With a team of four, we’ve created a supportive environment where we lift each other up, continue learning, and encourage one another to grow. We believe in lifelong development and making a difference both inside and outside the office. We also enjoy team outings and volunteering in our community.

Position Overview:Tracy Hough State Farm Insurance Agent located is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tracy Hough - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
