Customer Service Representative with Juleigha Schmidt State Farm Insurance, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your will focus on assisting new customers onboarding into our office, creating a seamless transition when they pick up insurance with State Farm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
