ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative with Chapman Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. (Chapman State Farm), you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Pivot Sales to other Property and Casualty products
- Pivot Sales to Life and Health
- All sales based upon customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience and sales preferred.
