ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, accountability, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a District Manager for Verizon Wireless, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency.

I hold a B.A. and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Corporate Finance. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. I’m also a business owner and proud dog mom to three miniature dachshunds. I lead with a servant leadership mindset and focus on supporting my team’s success.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Susan Smith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
