Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative – Spanish is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by resolving inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This role supports employees and HR teams by managing high volumes of requests across multiple communication channels while ensuring accurate and timely resolution. The position requires strong bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish), excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to handle complex HR-related inquiries while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional responses across multiple contact channels including calls, chats, and emails
  • Manage both static tasks (case management, outbound calls, emails) and dynamic tasks (inbound calls, chats, and emails) while prioritizing workload
  • Collaborate with HR service center team members and HR groups globally to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Work with urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently and accurately
  • Identify at-risk or distressed customer situations and initiate corrective actions with compassion and professionalism
  • Capture and document customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
  • Identify barriers to quality customer service and recommend improvements
  • Meet or exceed schedule adherence and reliability standards
  • Handle high volumes of requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Maintain composure and professionalism when managing complex or challenging customer interactions

Job Responsibilities and Work Complexity

This role supports more complex HR-related service requests, including:
  • Cost center changes
  • Intake of mass transactions
  • Reporting relationship updates
  • Organizational chart updates
  • Supervisory organization restructuring
  • More complex job change requests
The role supports all customer intake channels and focuses heavily on core associate support responsibilities.

Required Skills

  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple service channels
  • Ability to handle high-volume service environments
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of HR programs and processes

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems of record
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Experience in HR service centers or employee support environments

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Additional Requirements

  • Bilingual – Spanish required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands
