Smackin’ Flames is dedicated to providing the 757 and surrounding areas with top-notch quality food and an unmatched customer experience. Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our food truck team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives under pressure, and is committed to providing outstanding service.

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Accurately handle transactions (cash, card, electronic payments, and checks)

• Take orders and communicate clearly with kitchen staff

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Assist with food prep and service as needed

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to waist level

• Must be able to stand for 6–8 hours

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong multitasking abilities

• Strong communication skills

• Basic math skills required

• Must be able to handle multiple forms of payment

• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

• Must be able to pass a standard drug test

• Must have a valid ID

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Required Certification

• Food Handler Certification (ServSafe required)
