- Coordinate shipments with warehouse staff and truck drivers.
- Schedule deliveries and dock appointments.
- Perform data entry and update inventory information.
- Assist with resolving order or shipment questions.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus!
