Customer Service Representative - Seasonal

We are seeking a Customer Service representative to join our tax season team! You will be the first interaction many clients have with the company and you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success and growth. First for foremost, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, energetic and willing to learn. This position would start immediately and last at least through 5/1. It would be a full time role for the right person and lead to other roles with training. Overtime would be required from late February through 4/15.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble tax returns
• Scan tax documents and other office documents
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related field
• Shows curiosity in what you do and looks at ways to improve their daily tasks
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Use of Microsoft Office products is a must
• A big plus would be familiarity with bookkeeping/payroll or individual tax return preparation or the willingness to learn and grow from within the company
