Customer Service Representative
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050
Pay Rate: $24.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Training: May train on the day shift for 2-3 weeks
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers, business partners, and drivers by phone and email.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
- Monitor delivery route progress and provide updates as needed.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred, ideally in a call center.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure while providing excellent customer service.
