Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Assist healthcare clients and patients with product information, availability, and order status
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and clinical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide informed support to medical professionals

Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical, healthcare, or specialty products environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor when working with diverse customers
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
