Shifts needed: Monday – Friday, with a Saturday rotation every 3rd week.   Will receive a day off during the week during their rotation week. 

Hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm


Position Overview

Seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to support our distribution center operations in Salt Lake City. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications related to orders, shipments, product inquiries, and general support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers excellent service with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding orders, shipping status, returns, and product questions
  • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a positive and professional tone
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to track and update order statuses
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in internal systems
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, order management systems)
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume situations
