Customer Service Representative

Looking for a Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to earn bonuses? We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in Salem, NH. No experience is required. Paid training is provided, and this role offers long-term growth opportunities.

Pay: Up to $16.00/hr to start

Bilingual Spanish/English Pay: Up to $17.00/hr to start

Bonus Potential: Biweekly performance bonuses averaging $400-$600

Earnings Potential: Many team members earn the equivalent of $22-$27/hr with bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time (No Weekends)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with account questions and payment arrangements
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Work with team members to achieve performance goals

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule
• Ability to pass a background check
