Responsibilities:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly Customer Service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

Requirements:

Must have or be able to obtain prior to starting position: Customer Service Representative 4-40 License, Property & Casualty General Lines License 2-20 or Personal Lines License 20-44. Insurance experience not required
Customer Service experience preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Detail oriented
Self-motivated

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
