We are hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Rochester International Airport.
Pay is $20/hour, with opportunities for full-time and part-time schedules.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing excellent service, explaining rental terms, offering upgrades, assisting with directions, handling reservations and inquiries, and assessing vehicle condition upon return.
Qualifications include being at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., having a high school diploma or G.E.D., and at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal violations and no recent DUI/DWI convictions.
