Customer Service Representative

Davis & Green is looking for a friendly, dependable, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will listen carefully to customer questions and concerns, respond with empathy and professionalism, and take a proactive approach to finding solutions.

This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, communicates well, stays positive under pressure, and enjoys working with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Answering customer calls and scheduling service calls in a time-sensitive manner.

· Updating customer information in the dispatch software during and after each call.

· Working with management to stay updated on service offerings and changes in company policies.

· Working with field technicians to ensure they have the information and tools needed to complete their work daily.

· Maintaining a professional and positive relationship with every caller and client; problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Previous customer service experience required

· Previous experience in construction or home services preferred

· Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers

· Ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour depending on experience
