    Join us, and find out what makes working at BSMA special.  As Customer Experience Representative, you'll be part of a team that is the first point of contact in-person, by phone, email and text with our families.  The position includes contact, scheduling, sharing information on BSMA programs and events, registering students, welcoming students, maintaining space presentation and communicating with families to ensure a great, positive experience. Will also be present at major performance events to assist with event details, and again, to ensure a great experience.  May perform other admin duties and projects, as assigned. 

    (2) New positions at our Dorchester and Randolph locations:  
    Schedule 1:  Monday-Thursday, plus Saturdays  M-T 2-8:30,  W-Th 3-9, Fri Off, Sat 8:30-4, occasionally sub for other team members.
    Schedule 2: Tuesday-Saturdays  T 2:00-8:00,  W-Th 2:30-8:30, Fri 1:30-7, Sat 8:30-4, occasionally sub for other team members.

    About you:
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
    • At least 2 years' experience in Customer-facing restaurant (front of house), hospitality,  or retail.
    • Competent with Google office products, Email, digital calendar management and CRM software. Canva experience a plus.
    • Must be fluent/competent in English, both spoken and written.
    • Competency/Fluency with: Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese a plus.
    • Very organized
    • Available to work afternoon to evenings and weekends.
    • No college degree required.
    • No previous music school admin experience required.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to walk and stand, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed, on occasion.
