Location: Portland, OR (Onsite)Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day ShiftPay: $23.50 - $26.00 (Depending on Experience)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting Milgard's customers by providing outstanding service, coordinating warranty and service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and customer care in support of Milgard's customer base.
- Process and review service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate professionally with external customers and internal partners regarding product and business-related issues.
- Support the customer service process by working closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Production teams, and Scheduling departments.
- Schedule Service Technicians to perform warranty and service repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on customer inquiries through resolution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience utilizing an enterprise system, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous window industry sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred.

- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional problem-solving and follow-through skills.
