Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Bekuf is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily customer service operations. This position assists customers with order inquiries, shipment updates, delivery questions, and general service requests. 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Provide accurate updates on order status and shipment progress.
• Assist customers with order discrepancies, delivery concerns, and routine service requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations personnel to help resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain organized customer service records and documentation.
• Follow established procedures for handling inquiries and escalating unresolved concerns.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks related to customer service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and data entry.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks.
• Professional attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
