Job Summary Customer Service Representative (CSR)

- Provide front-line customer service support in a fast-paced, legal-focused office environment.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for callers and walk-in visitors, including attorneys, legal staff, state personnel, and the public.
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally and accurately.
- Register parties for legal hearings by accurately capturing required information.
- Respond to inquiries regarding appeal and hearing status for both internal and external customers.
- Perform research in multiple databases and case management systems.
- Document conversations and case updates with high accuracy.
- Escalate complex or sensitive inquiries to appropriate legal staff or supervisors.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with relevant personnel regarding case and hearing status.
- Perform secretarial duties such as processing mail, word processing, copying records, and handling faxes.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines.
- Work onsite, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, at the Phoenix, AZ office.
- Requires minimum of 2+ years customer service experience, high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must pass background check and drug screening; only local candidates considered.
