About the Role
Steven Shannon Farm Bureau is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join the team in Paw Paw. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance.


Insurance experience is not required but always appreciated. We’re looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and willing to learn. Customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or sales experience is a plus.


What You'll Do

• Assist customers with questions and day-to-day insurance needs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Help resolve customer concerns and find solutions.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Support the agency with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Learn insurance products, coverage options, and agency processes.
• Build positive, lasting relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to assist customers with additional products and services.
