This position offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, deliver solutions that make a positive impact for customers and the company, and help shape the future of our U.S. warehouse operations.YOUR CHALLENGES The Account Specialist is responsible for:Being the primary interface with our customers, ensuring procedures are followed, and customer requirements are met in the processing of their ordersServing as an intermediary between the customer and our warehouse operationsProcessing customer orders in accordance with company and customer requirements ensuring accuracyInvoicing and verifying rates per contractual warehouse agreementAddressing customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate to management as needed.Researching discrepancies in inventory as neededMaintaining a good relationship with customers via email and/or phone in a courteous, efficient matterFollowing established company policies and proceduresCollaborating with office and warehouse personnel to meet productivity goalsPerforming any additional functions as assigned by management.
