Client: Restaurant & Dining Technology
Role: Customer Service Representative - Hospitality Coordinator
Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Location: Remote Role in EST and PST states.
Pay: ($ 20.00 - $22.50) on an hourly basis.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a customer-focused Hospitality Coordinator to provide front-line support to users of a restaurant reservation platform.
- The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via email, troubleshoot app and website issues, and help users navigate reservation services effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot basic website, mobile app, account, and reservation-related issues.
- Escalate complex or critical technical issues to the appropriate support team.
- Guide customers on platform features and self-service options.
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:
- Looking for a restaurant and hospitality industry professional.
- Experience in customer service, customer support, or guest services.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn new software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
