You’ll be the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. Responsibilities

  • Call highly interested potential clients
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
  • Efficiently handle customer needs and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
  • Assist the Sales Team as needed
  • Help with various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Must possess a PA Personal Lines Insurance License or Property and Casualty License
  • Prior customer service/sales experience
  • A high energy personality and a love of working with people
  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume call center
  • The aptitude to learn quickly
  • The ability to work various hours
