Customer Service Representative (on-site)

Busy powersports manufacturer has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This is a direct-hire position with excellent benefits!

Duties:
* Provide customers with product information and support for questions and complaints regarding company’s products
* Act as liaison between customer and company
* Communicate with external dealers/customers about order verification/status, pricing, shipment status and quality issues
* Conduct follow-up regarding service support issues (parts, manuals, training, etc.)

Requirements:
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience with negotiating and resolving disputes
* Experience/interest in the powersports or automotive industries a plus

Hourly rate: $22.00-26.00/hr

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM
