Customer service representatives for O'Quinn Insurance communicate with clients daily. Representatives will generate leads from current customers, make policy changes, and assist call-ins with their insurance needs. Team members receive bonuses for generating leads from current customers and there is no limit to the amount of bonus they are eligible to receive. Representatives will go through training in insurance, customer service, and our industry leading systems. No insurance knowledge is required for this position.

  • Fully trained/validated in 90 days

  • 4-40, 2-20, or 20-44 license is NOT required prior to starting. Agency will pay licensing costs.

Candidates do not need to have their insurance license in order to apply for this position. We will pay for 100% of licensing cost.

This position will be located in our Palm Coast office at 1499 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Ste F, Palm Coast, FL 32137

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Service existing clients
  • Answer inbound calls and conduct outbound calls
  • Generate leads from existing clients
  • Retain current clients through excellent customer service
  • Perform endorsements

Requirements
  • Work from home criteria: Must have 2-20 or 20-44 license and meet agency performance standards
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Polite, well spoken, approachable demeanor
