Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have garage door industry experience or product knowledge and be comfortable assisting customers with questions, orders, quotes, and service scheduling.Job Responsibilities· Answer customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
· Assist customers with product questions and general inquiries
· Enter and process customer orders accurately
· Prepare quotes and provide pricing information
· Schedule service calls and coordinate appointments
· Communicate with customers regarding orders, services, and product availability
· Maintain accurate customer and order information
· Assist with general office and customer service duties as neededRequirements· Garage door industry experience or product knowledge required
· Previous customer service experience preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Good computer and data entry skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to problem-solve and assist customers effectively
· Must be dependable and professional
