Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a busy team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by processing orders, answering customer questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders and inquiries
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues in a professional manner
Provide accurate product and service information
Maintain customer records and documentation
Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
Perform general office and administrative support duties
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Previous office, administrative, or call center experience
Experience with order entry and customer account management
Strong Microsoft Office and computer proficiency
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone
Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting as needed
Ability to perform repetitive office tasks throughout the workday
