Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Oceanside, California. This role requires a dedicated professional to deliver excellent service and support to customers while ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
• Assist customers by addressing their questions and concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately within the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Adapt to various customer situations and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve overall service processes.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and polite attitude when interacting with customers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are advantageous.

Work Hours:

The position requires full-time availability, with work hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay:

$19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
