    Description

    The Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages large volume of incoming calls.
    • Identifies and assesses customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provides accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Meets personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
    • Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follows up to ensure resolution.
    • Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documents.
    • Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Goes the extra mile to engage customers.

     

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Highly skilled in written communication with strong word aptitude.
    • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products – Outlook, Word and Excel

    The starting salary for this position is $16.50 per hour plus an additional $5.09 per hour in cash fringe benefits for a maximum hourly rate of up to $21.59.

    Schedule:

    • Sunday – 6 hours no break – 9 am – 3 pm
    • Monday – 7 hours – 9:30 am – 5 pm
    • Thursday – 8.5 hours – 8:30 am – 5 pm
    • Friday – 8.5 hours with break – 8:30 am – 5 pm
