Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour

Contract: 17 weeks, contract to hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM-7:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers. You will help resolve issues, monitor deliveries, and ensure customers receive timely and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Identify and resolve customer issues

• Monitor delivery routes and progress

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process delivery order changes and cancellations

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle pressure while providing effective solutions
