Advance Services is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work for a local, family-owned, and operated 3PL company located in the heart of the Midwest.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Work with customers to coordinate shipments to and from warehouse to meet key customer delivery requirements.
- Generate associated documents for customer shipments including warehouse pick sheets, packing lists and bills of lading.
- Communicate with customers and carriers for transporting customer orders and receipts.
- Enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Effectively communicate with warehouse operations to ensure proper scheduling
