Are you highly computer-savvy with experience in manufacturing customer service? Barton Staffing is looking for an experience Customer Service Representative who can hit the ground running with Epicor/Vantage ERP systems.
What You'll Do:
- Provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle high-accuracy data entry, order processing, and account management.
- Navigate Epicor/Vantage ERP and CRM systems seamlessly.
- Make confident outbound follow-up calls to clients.
What You'll Bring:
- Must be computer-savvy with direct experience in Epicor or Vantage ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Background in manufacturing customer service or call centers is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including effective problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
