Role Requirements
· Prior Customer Service experience
· Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Good communication skills
· Microsoft Office experience
Role Responsibilities
· Processing and distributing sales orders, responsible for managing aspects of Customer Order fulfilment
· Managing and processing sales return authorizations, managing all aspects of the Customer Returns process
· Customer liaison for scheduling technician on-site service calls
· Manage all aspects of spare parts and service quotations
· Maintaining the sales and marketing dept files
· Maintain an accurate parts list and sales price
