Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role handles customer service, scheduling, inbound sales, and customer follow-up. The ideal candidate has pest control industry experience and can effectively support existing customers while converting new leads into recurring customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and professionally manage inbound customer and sales calls
• Convert inbound leads into scheduled services and recurring customers
• Conduct outbound sales and customer follow-up calls
• Schedule and reschedule customer service appointments
• Assist customers with service, account, and billing questions
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate resolutions
• Explain pest control services, service plans, and pricing
• Follow up with leads and open sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records, account notes, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure a strong customer experience
• Follow established customer service and office procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of pest control customer service experience required
• Pest control sales or inside sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing, presenting service options, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with customer management and scheduling software
• Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a growing and evolving organization
