About the Role:
Allstate Insurance Agency- Terrie Greene is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Assist customers with policy questions, billing issues, and coverage updates
- Process policy changes, renewals, and new customer onboarding
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Allstate insurance products and services
- Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in the agency management system
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support agents with administrative tasks and daily office operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service, sales, or insurance industry experience
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn agency management software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy office environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
