Pay: $14.00 per hour+ (based on experience)
Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm. 

About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join a low-volume inbound call center team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady, structured work environment with minimal call volume and a focus on quality customer interaction rather than high-pressure call handling.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred! 

What You'll Do

• Handle a low volume of inbound customer calls (approximately 1–5 calls per shift)
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers
• Accurately document call details and updates in the system
• Follow company guidelines and scripts when applicable
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during all interactions
• Perform light administrative tasks as assigned during downtime

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry, system navigation)
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, low-traffic environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience in office, administrative, or clerical roles preferred
• Comfortable in structured, routine work environments; stable work history preferred
