Description Customer Service Representative
Location: CSC Building, Mount Holly, NC
Company: American & Efird (A&E)
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison betweenA&E and customers
- Work safely in a fast-paced office environment
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or EDI systems
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
- Interact professionally and respectfully with team members, vendors, and visitors
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (textile industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry and 10-key skills with good basic math ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
