Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Chatting with customers and making them feel heard, supported, and understood.

• Helping with questions about policies, billing, claims, and morealways with a smile.

• Translating insurance speak into plain English that actually makes sense!

• Updating customer info and keeping things organized.

• Following up with customers to make sure theyre happy and everythings been taken care of.

• Working closely with the rest of our fun, supportive team to keep things running smoothly.

• Youre a people-person through and throughfriendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to.

• Youre a great communicator who can stay calm and positive under pressure.

• You love solving problems and helping peopleit just comes naturally.

• Youre comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.

• Customer service experience is a big plus; insurance knowledge or a license is even better (but we can help you get there!).
