  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
  • Location:Louisville, KY 40219
  • Pay Rate: $17.00/hour on W2
  • Duration: Contract with potential for Full-Time conversion

Work Schedule

Training (Onsite):

  • Monday Friday
  • 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • First 6 8 weeks (or until successful completion of training)

Regular Schedule:

  • Monday Friday
  • 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid position
  • Training will be fully onsite.
  • After successful completion of training, employees may transition to working from home.
  • Employees may be required to return onsite if performance, attendance, or productivity expectations are not met.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required before or on the first day of employment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must reside within 100 miles of Louisville, KY
  • Ability to work the required schedule without exceptions

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
  • Provide accurate information and exceptional customer service
  • Process prescription refills and schedule shipments
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced customer support environment
