⚡ The Role

This is not a typical customer service job.

You are the control center of the business — managing incoming leads, keeping technicians fully booked, and ensuring every customer has a seamless experience.

 If you are slow, disorganized, or uncomfortable on the phone — this is not the role for you.
 If you thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate confidently, and want to directly impact revenue — you’ll do very well here.


 Key Responsibilities

 Lead Handling & Sales

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and web leads quickly and professionally
  • Convert incoming leads into scheduled services
  • Follow up on missed calls and unsold opportunities
  • Communicate with urgency and confidence

 Scheduling & Dispatch

  • Build and optimize technician routes daily
  • Keep schedules full and efficient
  • Adjust schedules in real-time as needed
  • Communicate ETAs and updates to customers

 Collections & Customer Accounts

  • Collect payments and update cards on file
  • Follow up on past-due balances
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

 Operations Support

  • Support technicians with job details and updates
  • Manage job queues and daily tasks
  • Coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations

 Systems You’ll Use

  • FieldRoutes
  • Pest AI
  • Baton
  • Lead platforms (Thumbtack, Yelp, etc.)
  • Email and internal systems

 Daily Expectations

  • All new leads are handled immediately (speed matters)
  • No missed calls or delayed responses
  • Next-day schedule is confirmed and optimized
  • Technicians stay fully booked
  • All communication is cleared by end of day
