As a CSR, you will act as a liaison to resolve customer account issues efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, communicative, and confident in troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries and complaints, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, updating records, maintaining product knowledge, managing large call volumes, and engaging customers.
Qualifications include prior customer service or sales experience, rapport-building skills, ability to work at least 15 hours/week, multitasking, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
