Join our expanding team as a Customer Service Representative, serving as the frontline ambassador to deliver exceptional service and create positive customer experiences.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in person, phone, and email.
- Support sales order processing, customer account management, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle payments, follow cash procedures, and reconcile transactions under supervision.
- Resolve customer issues professionally, escalating complex concerns as needed.
- Assist with operational audits, inventory, and compliance tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize retail systems, POS, and Office tools efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements include at least 18 years old, high school diploma, 1+ year customer service experience preferred, reliable attendance, and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
