Join our expanding team as a Customer Service Representative, serving as the frontline ambassador to deliver exceptional service and create positive customer experiences.

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in person, phone, and email.
  • Support sales order processing, customer account management, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Handle payments, follow cash procedures, and reconcile transactions under supervision.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally, escalating complex concerns as needed.
  • Assist with operational audits, inventory, and compliance tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
