Training (Onsite): Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (6–8 weeks)
After Training (Hybrid): Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

This is a temp-to-hire position with paid training, opportunities for long-term growth, and the ability to transition to a hybrid work schedule after successfully completing training.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by:
Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and care
Assisting with prescription refills and shipment scheduling
Providing accurate information and resolving customer questions
Documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently
Following up to ensure each caller receives exceptional service
Working collaboratively with your team while following company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Qualifications include:
At least 1 year of call center experience
Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Typing speed of 35 WPM or greater
Ability to obtain a Kentucky Pharmacy Technician Registration before or on your first day of employment
Reliable transportation
Must live within 100 miles of Louisville, KY
Ability to attend the full onsite training schedule

Pay Details: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour
