Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping pet owners, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a professional pet grooming business.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with questions about grooming services and appointments
- Schedule, confirm, and update customer appointments
- Check pets in and out for grooming services
- Collect and process customer payments
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
- Keep the reception and customer areas organized and welcoming
- Assist with general customer service and daily salon operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working around dogs and other pets
