Join the Araf Evans State Farm team in Omaha!
We're a friendly, busy State Farm office in Westwood Plaza (12005 W Center Rd, near 120th and Center), and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative who loves helping people. A lot of our customers are brand new to Omaha, moving here for Offutt, UNMC, Creighton, and other big employers in town, so you'll be the person who makes their move a little easier.
What you'll do
- Be a warm first voice for customers on the phone, by text, and in the office
- Help customers with policy questions, changes, billing, and claims support
- Do policy reviews and help people find coverage that fits their life
- Follow up with new and existing customers and build long-term relationships
- Keep our office organized and running smoothly with the rest of the team
What we're looking for
- Customer service or sales experience (restaurants, retail, banking, and route sales all count!)
- Clear, friendly communication and a positive attitude
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Willing to get your Nebraska Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within your first 30 days. No license yet? No problem. We'll support you through it.
- Reliable and able to work in the office Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 4:30
What you'll get
- Base pay of $40,000 to $65,000 a year, plus commission
