Hourly Rate: $15
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Lavonia team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of calls and emails, providing exceptional support to our customers while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
What Youll Do
Answer approximately 200-250 calls and emails daily
Maintain accurate data entry - Type a minimum of 45 wpm
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively -
Efficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Work collaboratively as part of a team
Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
What Were Looking For
High School diploma or GED
4+ years of Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills
