Customer Service Representative

Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Experience Specialist / CSR to join our team!

No prior HVAC, plumbing, or customer service experience is required, we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Hourly pay: $16-$19 DOE
• Weekend availability required
• In-office position
• Training provided
  

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service from the first call through completion
• Communicate with dispatchers, technicians, and management regarding customer needs
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, memberships, and service
• Accurately enter and update customer information
• Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist with online leads and customer inquiries
• Meet individual and team booking and customer service goals
